Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original SBD packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of chalk or sweat marks.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of your gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new size within 3-5 business days.
